A food intolerance test shows exactly which foods your body reacts to. With that information, you can take targeted action to reduce your symptoms.
See the optionsA food intolerance test reveals which foods trigger your immune system. These can be reactions you notice immediately, or reactions that come much later. That is why we distinguish two types of test.
IgE tests measure acute allergic reactions you notice within minutes to hours. Think of itching, swelling or shortness of breath after eating. IgG tests measure delayed reactions that may only appear 12 to 48 hours later. These delayed reactions are exactly the ones that play the biggest role in many gut issues.
Below you can choose which test suits you best, and which additional services you want.
Delayed reactions
Measures how your immune system reacts to foods with a delay. You often only notice these reactions 12 to 48 hours later, and they play the biggest role in most gut issues.

* In the Netherlands we can arrange the blood draw in any town for an additional €39.33. Outside the Netherlands we do not (yet) have these partners; ask your doctor or health centre whether they can carry out the blood draw for you.
You select your test and receive instructions for the blood draw.
The blood draw is always done at a professional blood-draw point. It is quick and painless.
Within 14 working days you receive your detailed test results, and possibly videos or a consultation.
We use these tests within our guidance programmes. The lab fee is fixed, but shipping and handling depend on where you live. The lab needs to process your sample within 48 hours, so it is returned by express courier, and customs rules for medical samples differ from country to country.
We currently work with a lab in Germany and the UK. When you are located outside of Europe, we'll look for a suitable partner based on your location. Book a free intro call and we'll go through what is possible for you.
