Orthomolecular therapist in Leende and the Southeast Brabant region
My passion for this work grew out of my own search for health. I have experienced first-hand what it is like to have long-term complaints such as fatigue, hormonal fluctuations, skin problems and abdominal pain.
It was exactly that experience that made me curious about what happens beneath the surface: how food, stress, hormones, the gut and lifestyle influence each other. When I discovered how much difference it makes to approach the body as one coherent system, everything fell into place.
I have completed several training courses and advanced studies in orthomolecular and basic medical knowledge, so that I can support my clients not only from experience, but from a well-founded, professional and holistic approach.
What motivates me every day is the moment clients regain confidence in their body. I find it special to unravel patterns together and give insight into why symptoms arose.
I like to work in depth and personally: no standard advice, but tailored care that fits someone's life, capacity and goals. It gives me enormous satisfaction when someone experiences more energy and feels in control of their own health again.
Outside work I love being active and outdoors. Walking, running, mountain biking and especially horse riding play a big role. Long rides with my horses, hours through the woods, help me clear my head and fully relax.
I also enjoy good food. I love to cook and like working with nutrition.
