Orthomolecular nutrition coach in Hattem
During my pregnancies I had a lot of physical complaints. At the time I thought that was just part of it. Only later, when my son developed abdominal complaints as a baby, did I come into contact with the orthomolecular view on nutrition and health.
During that search I discovered how much influence nutrition can have on how the body functions. Those insights further sparked my interest and motivated me to guide others in this.
What motivates me is the moment clients notice their health starting to move again. Many people feel tired or out of balance for a long time, or have abdominal and gut complaints without really knowing where they come from.
When someone understands better what their body needs, experiences more energy and can make confident choices around food and lifestyle, I find that incredibly valuable. I believe small, achievable steps can often already make a big difference.
In my free time I recharge most from rest and time in nature. I love walking in the woods with our dog Lilo. I also enjoy small quiet moments at home, like reading a book, playing games with the children and cooking and baking at length.
I also love browsing thrift shops. You never know what surprising find you will come across.
