Book a free intro callAll our prices are in euros. We are a Dutch practice, so you pay in euros; if you bank in another currency, your bank converts at its own exchange rate.
Tests are billed separately. After six months the programme is complete. Do you still need extra guidance? You can then book single consultations at a low rate.
If you live or work in the Netherlands and have Dutch health insurance, many supplementary policies reimburse part of orthomolecular or dietary therapy. We are happy to go through the options with you during your free intro call.

We use additional testing so we do not have to guess, but can act with purpose. Think of a stool test, a blood test or a food intolerance test. That way we base our guidance, where needed, on measurable data instead of assumptions.
Testing is not a standard part of every programme. Whether testing is right for you, and which test, is something we discuss during the intro call, so you know in advance where you stand. The costs differ per test. When we use testing, it is billed separately.
Six months of guidance costs €1,499 for IBS and gut issues without a diagnosis, or €1,799 for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. That covers everything on our side: six months with an orthomolecular therapist and a nutrition specialist, with no cap on hours.
On top of that come supplements, usually €80 to €100 a month.
We make nothing on testing. What the laboratory charges, we pass on. Whether testing is possible where you live, how it works there and what it costs, differs per country. We go through that with you once we know what you need, and you decide from there.
What you get back: understanding what is happening in your gut and what is causing the symptoms you have now. From there you learn, step by step, how to restore your health, so that you can eat again without first working out whether your body will react. Energy that lasts the whole day, so that you choose what you do, instead of your gut deciding what is possible that day. That is the aim: after six months, back in control of your health, and able to live the way you want again.
You can pay for your guidance in full at the start, or spread it. Two instalments fall in month 1 and month 3. Three fall in month 1, month 3 and month 5. Four run through months 1 to 4. Every schedule is completed before your six months of guidance end.
The laboratory invoices you directly for any testing, so that sits outside these instalments.

Not everyone starts with six months of guidance. Sometimes you want to understand what is happening in your body first, or see in black and white what is going on in your gut. That is possible with us too, and you can still move into a programme at any point.
