Orthomolecular epigenetic therapist in Rotterdam
My interest in how the human body works started early, with a strong focus on the liver, the digestive system and the influence of lifestyle on our overall health.
A few years ago my life changed dramatically through a cancer diagnosis, while I was also living with years of IBS complaints. Although the medical approach was necessary, I strongly felt there had to be more possible, especially when it came to nutrition, recovery and supporting the body from within.
By delving deeper into the gut system and orthomolecular therapy, I discovered how big the influence of nutrition, deficiencies and lifestyle is on recovery, energy and quality of life.
My drive is to guide people who get stuck in the regular approach and are looking for new insights. I help clients look at the body in a specialist and connected way, working step by step towards recovery and balance.
My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but also to give clients knowledge and awareness, so that they learn what their body needs themselves.
Outside work I recharge through walks in nature, relaxing in the sauna and travelling. Sun, sea and beach give me calm and new energy. I love taking on new things and challenging myself, but I can just as easily enjoy a quiet moment on the couch with a good book.
